    Returns

    Returns & Reclamation

    If you would like to return an item it must be returned in the original packaging, where applicable, and not show any signs of use. If an item does show signs of use or is returned in an unsaleable condition we will let you know before returning it back to yourself.

    If you want to use our returns service but are unsure if your item will be accepted then please get in touch.

    Faulty Items

    Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for free repair, replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components. (All faults & defects must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery)

    For items to be returned more than six months after the time of purchase the same above applies but in addition, evidence of fault at the time of sale will be required.

    Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in respect of fair wear and tear. Please return the original and complete packaging.

    Faults developed within the warranty period

    Most items sold by Rybashop come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period assistance will be provided by way of spares or a repair depending on the type of product purchased. Wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and we will not be able to cover the cost of return for faults developed outside of the 14 day period.

    Faults within 14 days

    An exchange or refund will be issued providing the item is returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase. You can visit Right of Withdrawal for more information.

    Return of an item in an unused state

    If you would like to return a new & unused item you can, providing the item is returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase and it is returned by the customer at there cost with all the original packaging. We will refund you for this item(s) on its return. Please note we will only refund you for the item(s) returned not the postage costs. If you are returning an item that had free postage we will refund you for the item minus a delivery fee. This is a charge we had to pay to send your order out to you.

    Returns Information

    To return an item by post you do not need to contact us, please let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details within the returns form.

    Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing you have provided us with the necessary information inside the return parcel.

    Cost of return

    All returns to Rybashop must be returned by the customer at the customers expense, but if you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged or has been sent in error and you expect us to cover the cost of return it must be sent with your Local Post, if any other service is used we will only reimburse you the equivalent cost of it being sent with your Local Post. If your item is too large to be sent with this service please discuss this with us before returning. You must contact us and confirm that we will cover the cost of return before returning an item.

    You will only be reimbursed once a manufacturer's defect/error has been confirmed and the original Post Office or equivalent receipt is sent to us. The receipt can be included with your return package or sent at a later date within a reasonable timescale.
